Monster

This project came to fruition because of our earlier collaboration with Ausy for multiple projects at Telenet. Ausy is part of the Randstad group, which enabled us to join forces on the digital transformation within the Randstad group. Monster is part of the Randstad group since its acquisition in 2016. A logical step, since the services offered by Randstad and Monster are rather complimentary, allowing an offering with a broad spectrum of HR services. Shortly after this acquisition Randstad launched a process of digital transformation. Delta Source started a new agile team at Monster to support the development of a series of microservices enabling this digital transformation.
